This is your time to step up and lead with purpose! \n\nApplications for the 2024 Honorary Mayor's Race are now officially OPEN. \n\nThe Honorary Mayor's Race for East Hillsborough County\, supported by the Valrico FishHawk Chamber of Commerce\, is a non-political competition where candidates campaign to raise funds for their chosen charities or nonprofits. Throughout the campaign\, candidates engage in different fundraising events\, community outreach activities\, and networking opportunities to garner support for their cause. The candidate that raises the most money becomes the Honorary Mayor for the year.\n\nBuilding on the momentum of the 2023 race\, VFCC is committed to continuing this tradition of giving back to our community. Aspiring candidates from East Hillsborough County are invited to step forward and showcase their leadership skills and dedication to philanthropy.\n\nHow to apply:\n\n\n	Go to the VFCC website Honorary Mayor page in the EVENTS tab and download the Application\n	Ensure all your information is filled out completely and clearly.\n	Email your application to Danielle Stevens at mayorsrace@valricofishhawk.org.
