\nMic Drop Club Launches in Tampa to Help Women Build Public Speaking Confidence
Mic Drop Club Tampa\, hosted by Caitlin Gardner\, is part of a global network of local chapters under Mic Drop Workshop\, a company founded to help women become thought leaders through public speaking. The newly formed Tampa chapter merges the former Orlando and Tampa groups\, creating one dynamic community for women across Florida. \;Mic Drop Club Tampa&rsquo\;s next event will be held December 11\, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Homewood Suites Tampa Brandon.
\n\n&ldquo\;After two decades in corporate America I&rsquo\;ve seen firsthand how many women have incredible stories and expertise but hesitate to claim the mic\,&rdquo\; said Caitlin Gardner\, host of Mic Drop Club Tampa\, owner of Blooming Communications and a professional speaker. &ldquo\;The Mic Drop Club gives us a place to practice\, connect and grow the confidence to share those stories boldly. Tampa is filled with powerhouse women who deserve to be heard &ndash\; and this community is where that courage begins.&rdquo\;
\n\nGardner will be hosting the next Mic Drop Club in person on Thursday\, Dec. 11 in Brandon. It blends low-pressure public speaking practice with community and connection. Each session includes speaking prompts\, structured feedback and personal growth exercises designed to help members find their voice and use it loudly and proudly inside and outside of work.
\n\nWith chapters in cities around the world\, Mic Drop Club is changing the narrative of who we see and hear on stages and in leadership.
