The Tampa chapter creates a dynamic community for women across Florida to practice\, connect and grow the confidence to share their stories boldly.\n\nWith chapters in cities around the world\, Mic Drop Club is changing the narrative of who we see and hear on stages and in leadership. Each session blends low-pressure public speaking practice with community and connection. Participants engage in speaking prompts\, structured feedback and personal growth exercises designed to help them find their voice and use it proudly inside and outside of work.\n\n"After two decades in corporate America I've seen firsthand how many women have incredible stories and expertise but hesitate to claim the mic\," said Caitlin Gardner\, host of Mic Drop Club Tampa\, owner of Blooming Communications and a professional speaker.
