Her hard work and dedication better assisted clients on how to build solid career development strategies\, tools\, and insight that is needed towards accomplishing a promising career and overall job stability. Today 1ST Leap Workforce Consulting provides both local one on one and virtual resume and career consulting services to clients spanning all 50 states and Canada. Latoya is an active member of The Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Southern Illinois University\, Carbondale earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Workforce Education and Development. She has earned her Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from St. Leo University and is also pursuing her Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from St. Leo University. Latoya is originally from Beaufort\, South Carolina but resides in Riverview\, Florida.
