Ribbon Cutting - Raining Cats and Dogs

Raining Cats and Dogs Shelter and Sanctuary will host a Ribbon Cutting for the opening of the Adoption Cabana in honor of Jeffrey D Evans cat, Akido.  Mr. Evans estate donation was earmarked to build a screened room to show cats and dogs to potential adopters.  The Adoption Cabana is essential to create an inviting setting for our cats and small dogs.
