This group is for women over 18 yrs - it is an open group, participants can decide when to join whenever and for how many sessions they want to attend. The Lead Facilitator, Jennifer Fuentes will lead the group in a meidtative/mindfulness practice paired with an art/writing activity. It's a way to gather with other women, have dialogue, a relaxing experience and build support.
