Let’s get cookin’! It’s that time of year again, whether you love to cook it, eat it, or both, this Chili Cook-Off is for you! There are 2 ways to enjoy this event:
Be a Chef! Individuals, Teams, Clubs and Businesses are welcome to participate! 1st, 2nd & 3rd place trophies and BIG cash prizes will be awarded in 2 categories: People's Choice and Judge's Choice. FREE TO REGISTER!!
Be a Taster! For only $5 (NO pre-registration required, register day of event, cash or check accepted). Tasting fee includes a sample of each chef's chili and one important vote of People's Choice Awards.
DJ Joe Ferrante will be spinning the tunes while you enjoy tasting chili of all kinds. Chili cooks will start serving at 12 pm and voting will end at 1:30 pm.
Jeremiah's Italian Ice, ice cold beer, soda and water will be available for purchase to cleanse your palette between tastings. Savor the flavors and stick around to see if your vote helped decide the winners at the 1:45 p.m. awards ceremony.
To register as a chef, go to www.fishhawkconnect.com the HOA Mobile App and download the application or pick one up at the Osprey Club (5721 Osprey Ridge Dr., Lithia). Email applications to: sparvin@fhrhoa.com
Deadline to register is Friday, February 14th. The Osprey Club is open Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Saturdays 12 pm – 5 pm Space is limited and fill up fast so DON’T DELAY, REGISTER TODAY!!
