Mic Drop Tampa, a local women-led speaker series that spotlights professionals, creatives and community voices, will host its next session Tuesday, February 17, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Bin & Board, 807 W Bloomingdale Ave, Brandon, FL 33511.

Mic Drop Club Tampa, hosted by Caitlin Gardner, a local entrepreneur and professional speaker, is part of a global network of chapters under Mic Drop Workshop, a company founded to help women become thought leaders through public speaking. The Tampa chapter creates a dynamic community for women across Florida to practice, connect and grow the confidence to share their stories boldly.

With chapters in cities around the world, Mic Drop Club is changing the narrative of who we see and hear on stages and in leadership. Each session blends low-pressure public speaking practice with community and connection. Participants engage in speaking prompts, structured feedback and personal growth exercises designed to help them find their voice — and use it proudly inside and outside of work.

“After two decades in corporate America I’ve seen firsthand how many women have incredible stories and expertise but hesitate to claim the mic,” said Caitlin Gardner, host of Mic Drop Club Tampa, owner of Blooming Communications and a professional speaker. “The Mic Drop Club gives us a place to practice, connect and grow the confidence to share those stories boldly. Tampa is filled with powerhouse women who deserve to be heard — and this community is where that courage begins.”

Mic Drop Club Tampa will meet in person on Tuesday, Feb. 17, in Brandon. Attendance is free with RSVP required.
