The IMPACT program promotes healthy lifestyles and relationships to teens through TEEN IMPACT, to parents through our PARENT PROGRAM, and to teachers and other youth leaders through CLASSROOM EDUCATION. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving Hillsborough County.

Impact Program, Inc.'s vision is to educate, equip, empower, and support students, parents and teachers in the area of sexual risk avoidance and healthy relationships. We serve the community in multiple venues, such as public and private middle and high schools, churches, and community organizations.

My name is Britney Gourley and I have been with Burn Boot Camp Brandon since they were founded in the parking lot in 2023. I am the Lead Childwatch and over see the team who provides complimentary childcare while you're on the floating floor getting in that 45 minute work out. I am also the Valrico/FishHawk Chamber of Commerce liaison, as well as Assistant Event Coordinator for the gym. I help organize and execute in gym events for our members and their families as well as advertising outside community events for our members and teams to attend. I love all things Burn and bleed Blue! 

I am a Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Collective, proudly serving the Brandon, Valrico, and FishHawk communities for over seven years. Derek Mulwanda is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the founder and managing member of ClearPath Tax & Advisory, LLC in FishHawk/Lithia. He brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting, tax, audit and financial management across public accounting and government organizations, including international settings. He holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

Through ClearPath, Derek helps individuals and businesses with bookkeeping, tax preparation, tax planning, payroll support and business advisory services. Clients work directly with him to understand their records, discuss their needs and agree on scope and fees before work begins. He looks forward to building connections with local business owners and fellow Chamber members.

I am a ISF alumni and was a teacher before I had my twin girls which forced me to stay home and find another way to help support my family while saving on childcare costs.
