Center Support Specialist – Part-Time
Mathnasium of Brandon & Riverview
 
Hours: Approximately 10–15+ hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM - training hours will be M-TH 12:30-3:00

Mathnasium of Brandon and Riverview is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Center Support Specialist to join our team!
 
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with families, staying organized, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
 
You'll support both centers by handling routine administrative tasks, family communication, and enrollment follow-up—allowing our Center Directors to focus on students, instruction, and parent meetings.
 
What You'll Do
 
Enrollment Support
 
  • Respond to new leads by phone, text, and email
  • Schedule initial assessments
  • Follow up with prospective families
     
Family Engagement
 
  • Make parent care calls
  • Conduct attendance checks
  • Follow up with inactive families
     
Student Onboarding
 
  • Complete the New Student Checklist
  • Follow up on missing information or onboarding items
     
Administrative Support
 
  • Maintain activities and records
  • Create and send monthly newsletters
     
School & Community
 
  • Enter and follow up on event leads
  • Assist with pre- and post-event activities
  • Support community events as needed
     
What We're Looking For
 
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with families
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Strong phone, email, and computer skills
  • Able to work independently and follow established processes
  • Proactive, positive, and willing to take initiative
  • Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
     
Schedule 
 
  • Approximately 10–15+ hours per week
     
  • Anticipated schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10 AM–1 PM, following training
  • Some scheduling flexibility available for the right candidate
  • Occasional school or community event support may be needed
  • Hours may vary based on seasonal and center needs
